General Information

This website and its services are operated by MAEVA Housing (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting an application through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Nature of the Service

The Company provides a housing search and matching service, connecting applicants with available rental properties offered by property owners, housing associations, and related parties. The Company does not act as the owner, landlord, or legal representative of the properties listed.

Application Process

By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that all provided information is complete, accurate, and truthful.

Applications are reviewed based on the information and documents provided by the applicant. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement or allocation of a property.

Applicants may be placed on a waiting list while suitable housing options are being matched to their profile and budget.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants acknowledge that:

  • Income requirements may apply depending on the rental segment and property criteria;

  • Income must be generated in the Netherlands unless otherwise stated;

  • Additional verification may be required by landlords, brokers, or third-party screening providers.

Service Fee

The Company operates on a “no cure, no pay” basis.

A service fee of €2,500 becomes payable only after:

  • a suitable housing offer has been provided to the applicant;

  • the applicant confirms acceptance of the offer.

The service fee applies exclusively to the services provided by the Company and does not include:

  • monthly rent;

  • utilities;

  • deposits;

  • municipal taxes.

Property Information

All property information, pricing, income thresholds, and availability are indicative and may change depending on:

  • the landlord;

  • municipal regulations;

  • housing association policies;

  • market conditions.
     

The Company cannot guarantee the continued availability of any specific property.

Viewings

A physical inspection is not possible as the properties are still occupied at the time of listing.

Photos, videos, floor plans, and additional materials about the property will be provided with the offer, if available.

Verification & False Information

The applicant understands that submitted information may be verified by landlords, brokers, or third-party screening providers.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:

  • immediate rejection of the application;

  • cancellation of a confirmed placement;

  • a contractual penalty of €500 if false information is discovered after acceptance of a property offer.

Personal Data

By submitting an application, the applicant consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of:

  • application review;

  • housing matching;

  • communication with landlords, brokers, and related parties.
     

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • decisions made by landlords or housing associations;

  • rejection of applications;

  • delays in the housing process;

  • inaccuracies provided by third parties;

  • changes in property availability or rental conditions.

Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
