Start
You’re already here — which means you’re one step closer to your next home.

Apply
Complete your application and share your details. Your income must be at least 3.5× the base rent and generated in the Netherlands. Minimum lease term: 12 months.
03.
Review
We review your documents and assess your profile based on the requirements.
After submitting your application, you will be placed on our waiting list while we search for a suitable match based on your profile and budget. We always do our best to find the right home for you; however, please note that the process typically takes 2–3 months and placement cannot be guaranteed.

Waiting List

Offer
Once a suitable home becomes available, you’ll receive full details via email — including layout, photos, and location.
06.
Decide
You have 24 hours to review the offer and confirm your interest.
Viewings are not possible as properties are still occupied.
07.
Confirm
If you accept, you confirm via email and receive a payment link for our service. If you decide not to proceed, you remain on the waiting list and will be among the first to receive the next suitable offer.
08.
Payment
A fixed service fee of €2,500 applies upon successful placement, regardless of the rental segment. This fee does not include the rental deposit, which may equal 2–3 months of rent depending on your employment contract.
09.
Approval
We connect you directly with the broker and provide a step-by-step guide for the process that follows. Your application and documents are then verified. Please note that providing false or inaccurate information may result in rejection and a €500 penalty after acceptance.
10.
Move In
After final confirmation and payment, you receive your rental agreement.
